We design and manufacture control blocks that best suit your system’s operation with valve groups from leading hydraulic brands.
All functions and leakage tests of the assembled blocks are carried out on our hydraulic test stand, ensuring trouble-free installation.
Hydraulic control blocks are positioned as the directing and decision-making center of a hydraulic system because, thanks to these blocks, the pressurized fluid coming from the pump is transmitted to the desired actuator (cylinder or hydraulic motor) at the right time and in the right amount. With components such as directional valves, pressure valves, flow control valves, and check valves housed within them, the motion scenario of the system is concretely realized. A properly designed control block minimizes energy losses, reduces heating, and directly increases the overall efficiency of the system. Therefore, the functions required for each application, the types of valves to be used, and the internal channel geometries are determined with great precision.
Our company benefits from the extensive valve portfolio of leading hydraulic brands during the design process of hydraulic control blocks. In this way, our customers are offered solutions that are both reliable and have a strong spare parts and service network. Our project engineers analyze the system's operating pressure, flow requirement, cycle times, and safety requirements in detail to create the most suitable valve combination. This engineering solution is assembled onto specially machined block bodies. The block bodies are generally manufactured from high-strength cast iron or aluminum material, and all channels are machined to a surface quality suitable for sealing.
Each assembled hydraulic control block is subjected to comprehensive testing on the hydraulic test stand within our company. During this test process, all functions of the block are operated to check that each valve opens and closes as expected, pressure limits are correctly set, and there is no internal leakage. Additionally, with a data book test, all technical documentation from the manufacturing phase, parts lists used, and test results are reported and stored. This approach prevents surprises that may be encountered during field assembly and greatly accelerates the commissioning process.
Hydraulic control blocks are used in applications of every scale, from simple single-function machines to complex multi-motion industrial plants. They have a wide range of capabilities, from sequencing mold movements in a plastic injection molding machine to simultaneously managing lifting, rotating, and traveling functions in a construction machine. While vibration and impact resistance are at the forefront in mobile applications, repeatability and low pressure drop become more critical in industrial systems. In marine applications, corrosion-resistant coatings and seawater-compatible sealing materials are preferred.
The hydraulic control blocks we offer are designed not only as standalone products but also as indispensable parts of our turnkey system solutions. These blocks, working in harmony with hydraulic power units, hydraulic cylinders, and test machines, guarantee that the entire system operates in perfect integrity. Thanks to control blocks customized according to our customers' operating conditions, it is possible to achieve higher productivity, lower energy consumption, and minimum downtime targets. Our company stands by its customers throughout the entire process, from the project phase to field commissioning and subsequent technical support.
