Air-Controlled (Pilot) Valves

Air-controlled valves are pneumatic components triggered by a compressed air signal without the need for electricity. They are safely preferred especially in environments with explosion risk or in applications where the use of electricity is not desired. Our product portfolio includes 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 function models with 1/4" and 1/2" connection sizes, with air-spring and air-air actuation options. Air-spring valves return to their original position by spring force when the pilot signal is cut off, while air-air valves are controlled by a pilot signal in both directions. Our 5/3 function closed center models, which close all ports when pilot signals are cut off, are ideal for applications requiring precise positioning and safety.

Lever-Operated Valves

Lever-operated valves are mechanically actuated components where the operator physically moves a lever to control the valve. Our lever-operated valves, offered with 1/4" and 1/2" connection sizes and 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 function options, meet different flow needs with standard and large body options. Our 5/3 closed center models close all ports when the lever is in neutral position, holding the cylinder or pneumatic component in position. Lever-operated valves are widely used especially in test benches, maintenance stations, and hydraulic press control panels where manual intervention is frequent.

Manually Operated Valves (Slide and Cylindrical Control)

Manually operated valves are compact valves that typically work with slide-type mechanisms and provide direct control by the operator's hand. We have 3/2, 4/3 and 5/2 function models with 1/4" and 1/2" connection sizes, with standard and large body options. These valves are preferred especially for manual switching or testing purposes in pneumatic circuits. Our slide-type models change the valve position with linear movement while offering easy installation in confined spaces thanks to their compact structure.

Pedal-Operated Valves

Pedal-operated valves provide control by the operator pressing with their foot, an ideal actuation option especially for applications where both hands are occupied. Our models with 1/4" connection size and 3/2, 4/2 and 5/2 functions are offered with spring return. Our locked version maintains the valve position when the pedal is pressed, allowing the operator to remove their foot, and returns to its original position when pressed again. Our models with protective covers provide additional protection against impacts and contamination that may come to the pedal, especially in demanding industrial environments. Pedal valves are widely preferred in applications requiring foot intervention such as crane control, machine start/stop, foil and sheet cutting presses.
