Polyurethane hoses are flexible, lightweight, and durable connection elements used for transporting compressed air from valves to cylinders and other pneumatic components in pneumatic systems. Color Options

Our polyurethane hoses are offered in four different color options:

Blue Polyurethane Hose: The most commonly used color in industrial pneumatic systems. It is the standard choice for compressed air lines, providing visibility and easy line tracing.

Transparent Polyurethane Hose: Ideal for applications where internal air flow and possible moisture/contamination conditions need to be observed. Preferred especially in laboratory, medical, and precision control systems.

Black Polyurethane Hose: Suitable for outdoor applications and systems exposed to sunlight due to its UV-resistant structure. Also preferred in custom design machines requiring aesthetic appearance.

Orange Polyurethane Hose: Ideal for safety applications requiring high visibility, emergency lines, and special sector (mining, construction, etc.) applications. Thanks to its easily distinguishable structure, it offers quick line identification.

Size Options

The following outer diameter and wall thickness sizes are available in all color options:

• Ø4x2.5 mm: 4mm outer diameter, 2.5mm inner diameter (0.75mm wall thickness) – Ideal for fine control lines and low flow applications.

• Ø6x4 mm: 6mm outer diameter, 4mm inner diameter (1mm wall thickness) – Common choice for standard control lines and small diameter cylinder supplies.

• Ø8x5 mm: 8mm outer diameter, 5mm inner diameter (1.5mm wall thickness) – For medium diameter cylinders and applications requiring higher flow.

• Ø10x6.5 mm: 10mm outer diameter, 6.5mm inner diameter (1.75mm wall thickness) – For systems with high flow requirements.

• Ø12x8 mm: 12mm outer diameter, 8mm inner diameter (2mm wall thickness) – For main supply lines and large diameter cylinders.

• Ø16x12 mm: 16mm outer diameter, 12mm inner diameter (2mm wall thickness) – For high-flow main lines and central supply systems.
