Electric Controlled Directional Valves

Electrically controlled directional valves are the most widely used control elements of pneumatic automation systems. They energize the coil with an electrical signal, causing the valve spool to move and change the direction of compressed air. Our single solenoid valves switch to the active position when energized and return to their original position by spring force when power is cut off. These valves are available in 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" connection sizes, with 3/2 and 5/2 function options, offering easy installation in confined spaces thanks to their compact structure. Our larger body options are ideal for applications requiring high flow.

Our double solenoid valves maintain their last position when power is cut off to both solenoids (bistable feature), delivering excellent performance in applications requiring precise positioning. In addition to our 5/2 double solenoid valves in 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" sizes, our 5/3 function models are offered with three different center types: Our closed center valves close all ports when de-energized, holding the cylinder position and are ideal for safety-critical applications. Our exhaust center valves open all ports to exhaust when de-energized, allowing the cylinder to move freely. Our pressure center valves supply pressure to all ports when de-energized, locking the cylinder in the center position.

Our VF Series electronically controlled valves, with 1/4" connection size and single/double solenoid options, offer an ideal solution for modern automation systems with their compact structure, low power consumption, and high flow capacity.

Our Namur valves stand out with their explosion-proof features and offer direct mounting capability with pneumatic actuators. Available in 1/4" connection size with 3/2 and 5/2 function options in single and double solenoid versions, they come in standard and large body versions. Our Namur valves, which can be safely used in hazardous environments such as chemical, petrochemical, and natural gas, eliminate the need for hoses and pipes thanks to direct mounting on the actuator.

All our electric pneumatic valves are offered with an operating pressure range of 1.5 – 10 bar and coil voltage options of 12V DC, 24V DC, 110V AC, and 220V AC. With power consumption of 2W-4W for DC coils and 4.5VA for AC coils, we provide energy efficiency while offering fast and precise control with a response time of 15-30 ms. Our valves operate safely in ambient temperatures between -10°C and +60°C and are widely preferred in automatic production lines, packaging machines, food and pharmaceutical industries, automotive assembly lines, robotic systems, and chemical and petrochemical plants.
