MA Series Magnetic Mini Cylinders (Mini Cylinders)

MA series mini cylinders are compact pneumatic cylinders preferred especially in confined spaces and light-duty applications due to their compact structures and low weight. As İntegra Hidrolik & Otomasyon, we offer a wide range of MA series cylinders with different diameter and stroke options.

Our MA series mini cylinders are lightweight and durable thanks to their aluminum body structure. The stainless steel piston rod provides long-lasting and corrosion-resistant operation. Thanks to the magnetic piston feature, piston position can be precisely monitored with magnetic sensors mounted on the outer surface of the cylinder.

Ø16 mm MA Series Mini Cylinders: Our most compact cylinders. Offered in stroke lengths of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm. Ideal for precision applications requiring installation in very confined spaces.

Ø20 mm MA Series Mini Cylinders: Offers balanced performance for medium-scale applications. Offered in stroke lengths of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm. Widely used in general-purpose automation and light handling applications.

Ø25 mm MA Series Mini Cylinders: The highest pushing force models in the MA series. Offered in stroke lengths of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm. Suitable for compact applications requiring higher force.

TN Series Dual Rod Cylinders (Magnetic)

Dual rod cylinders are special pneumatic cylinders that have two parallel piston rods and offer high lateral load carrying capacity. Thanks to their higher lateral and torsional resistance compared to standard single rod cylinders, they provide linear motion without the need for additional guide or rail systems. As İntegra Hidrolik & Otomasyon, we offer TN series dual rod cylinders in four different diameter options.

TN 16 Series (Ø16 mm): Our most compact dual rod cylinder series. Offered in stroke lengths of 25mm, 50mm, 100mm, and 150mm. Ideal for applications requiring high lateral load in very confined spaces.

TN 20 Series (Ø20 mm): Our ideal dual rod cylinder series for medium-scale applications. Offered in stroke lengths of 25mm, 50mm, 100mm, and 150mm. Widely used in general-purpose automation and light-medium handling applications.

TN 25 Series (Ø25 mm): Designed for applications requiring high load capacity. Offered in stroke lengths of 25mm, 50mm, 100mm, and 150mm. Suitable for industrial automation and medium-weight handling applications.

TN 32 Series (Ø32 mm): Our dual rod cylinder series with the highest pushing force and lateral load capacity. Offered in stroke lengths of 25mm, 50mm, 100mm, and 150mm. Ideal for heavy load carrying and demanding industrial applications.

Magnetic Piston Feature

All our MA series and TN series cylinders have a magnetic piston feature. This allows:

• Easy mounting of magnetic sensors (reed switches) on the outer surface of the cylinder

• Precise detection of end positions or intermediate positions reached by the piston

• Integration with automation systems

• Transmission of position information to PLC or control system
